Campbell County )

      Know all men by these presents that we Samuel Baker, John Hughes, James C. Magee and Wil- liam Hancock are jointly and severally held and firmly bound unto Willie Blount Esq. Governor in and over the State aforesaid and his Successors in office in the penal sum of five Hundred Dollars. To the which payment well and truly to be made and done we bind ourselves our heirs Executors and Administrators jointly & severally firmly by these presents Sealed with our seals and dated this 4th Day of December 1810.

     Whereas the said Samuel Baker has this day been Elected Coronor in and for the County aforesaid.

     Now the Condition of the above Obligation is such that if the above bounden Samuel Baker does well and truly do and perform all Matters and things belonging or ap- pertaining to the office of Coroner so long as he shall Continue therein in strict Conformity to the Laws of the State now in force and use then the above Obligation to be void Otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
