in Hw Co and P/o Louise Goodman b 1874 m Eli's brother Adam Apr 1899 in Hw
Co. Eli and Adam were brothers and probably Louise & Henritta were sisters
but I don't know . I don't see Louise in Hw, Ha, Su, Gr or Cl in 1880

named Mildred GRAVES(b:abt. 1842)in Dec. 13, 1853 in Claiborne Co.
William and Mildred had four children named Eli, Calaway L., Melvina
E.(my ggg grandmother), and James. Melvina E. married my ggg
grand-father William N. COOK, they had nine children. Can anyone help
me connect the MONDAY with the GRAVES.

I am looking for anyone who has information on Eli GRAVES and Matilda
HURST. they had a child named Mildred GRAVES(my gggg grandmother)who
was born in 1842 in Claiborne Co.,TN. Mildred married a man named
William MONDAY(my gggg grandfather) in Dec 13, 1853 in Claiborne Co.,
TN. William and Mildred MONDAY had four children named: Eli, Calaway
L., Melvina E.(my ggg grandmother) and James. The last time I was
able to locate the MONDAY family was in the 1870 Union Co. census.
Can anyone help me fill in the missing pieces?

Carl Raeburn WILLIS (04 - 89). Mattie had a sister or half-sister
named Daisy Lofton. I am interested in any information about Mattie
C. WILLIS who may or may not have been born Mattie LIFORD June 24,

I am trying to locate some of my wifes people that are PARKERS.
Let me start from the beginning.
On 6 Dec 1847 Daniel Perry CUPP married Nancy Elizabeth PARKER in Claiborne County, TN. They eventually moved to Whitley County, TN
They went on to have a son by the name of Jacob CUPP that moved to Bell County, KY and married a Sarah MIRACLE on 16 Dec 1968. About
1900 or very shortly thereafter, JOHN D. PARKER's son OSCAR PARKER came to live with his Cousin Jacob CUPP in Bell County, KY. He came
from Hightop, TN (I believe this to be in Campbell County, TN but I am not sure) with two of his sister's daughters. One named Victoria
and the other Marie (I think or a name close to that). He lived with Jacob for awhile and eventually marrying Jacob's daughter Sarah
Caroline CUPP. JOHN D. went on to marry a second and third time to two MARSEE women.
But I am searching for John D. PARKER's father who I believe to be a brother of Nancy Elizabeth (PARKER)CUPP mentioned above.
ALSO
I am in search of my wife's Williams side of her family of Caliborne County, TN. About 28 April 1889 Grover Harrison WILLIAMS was born to
Henry Williams and Josephine GILBERT in Mulbery Flats, Hancock County, TN. He, I think, was from VA but I have no documentation to
justify that thinking. Henry and Josephine had three more sons, White, Homer and Silas and one daughter Jessica.
They farmed in and around Forge Ridge, TN before moving to Collins County, TX around 1914.
Grover Harrison had married Mary Ball of Gibson Station, TN and with his children moved to TX with the rest of his family. Grover returned
to TN in the early 1920's and lived the rest of his life in Gibson Station, TN.
I know this is not much information and with the name of Williams being so prolific I have gotten no further than this.
Any help will be appreciated and I will be indeted to you.

I am in search of information on the following people. William G. Saylor was
born Oct. 1889, General Winfield Scott Saylot was born Aug. 1892. They were
brothers. Scott died in 1956. Their father and mother were Levi Saylor and
Gelaney Easter. Levi later married a Francis Vestal. William G. married a
Dicey Hensley. They had the following children, Steve, Medie, Jasper, Lonnie,
Albert, Oscar and Fanny. At some point this family moved to Lee. Co. VA.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. The 1910 Census, shows both William
G. and Scott living in Claiborne Co. in civil District #5. Please e-mail me

County, TN? I have an Eldridge Hopson who was born 10 Oct 1816 in
Claiborne Co. He married Lavina (or Savina) Kirby and had several
children before moving to Lauderdale Co. AL and then to Lyon Co., KY.
Any sibling or parentage connections out there?

listed the following: Daniel BURKETT 73, Malinda 34, Catharine 18, Daniel 15, Sarah 13, Washington 11, James S. 8, Martha J. 6, Diletha E. 10/12. Have no
information on this family. Was Daniel the husband or father in law of Malinda? In 1860 the family appears in Campbell Co. with the following members: Melinda BURKETT (spelling changed on her first name and age differs somewhat, given as 42, Martha 14, Elizabeth 11, Jane 6, Jaems S. 18. Jane or Mary Jane Burkett was my ancestor and married John Marsee and lived in Bell Co., Ky. Her sister, Martha married William Marsee a brother of John and they also lived in Bell Co., Ky. Any help on this family would be appreciated.

I am looking for a Grandmother who seems to not want to be found. Laura Bell
Ray married Zack Sutton about the turn of the century and they lived in
Shawanee.
Laura had a sister Mary who married Charlie Fortner. Laura died about 1934.
The death date is just a guess. My Mom thinks she was about 7 when her
mother (Laura)died.
Their children were Nellie Kate, Lillian Mae, Spurgeon, Anna Marie Cleo, and
Lois Irine. I found Laura in a 1920 census then lost her again. I have
looked for her for 15 years. Any info would be greatly appreciated. I have
no dates for her bith, death, or marriage. No idea who her parents were.

My ggg grandfather was Calvin Elijah Hurst, b. ca 1816 in Claiborne Co., parents unknown. One source says Jesse Hurst & Winnie Breeden, another Elijah Hurst & Mary ???, #2 spouse Lina Sharp. Cannot verify either. Would you have info on any of these names?
Also, Elijah Hurst, b. Wyeth Co., Va. m. Mary Harboard.
Some of my Hurst relatives relocated from Madison Co., Missouri to Coryell Co., Texas near Gatesville. While doing research there, I ran across a historical write-up on John Harvard Hurst, b. Mar 25 1825 in Putnam Co., In, d. Nov 3 1885 in Hurst Springs, Texas. He married Mary Elberry Windham and his parents were listed as Elijah Hurst and Mary Harboard. I've been unable to make a connection to my family thus far, but thought you might possibly be interested as you have the names Elijah & Mary Harboard in your file.

My father was Estel Jones and was born in Harrogate, TN. Two brothers named
Earl and the other call "I. D.". His father was Archie Jones and his mother
was Anna May Hampton from Blackey, Ky. Would like to now anything and
everything I can about this side of my family. Only meet my uncles once when
very little and father didn't talk about or have pictures of his family.
