Help Wanted I am searching the Harrison and Preston (brothers) Leach family.The origional spelling for Leach was Letch. Harrison is my great-grandfather;b. Feb 17, 1865/d.June 1948 Claiborne County, TN. He married Emma Richardson of Whitley Co, KY on Dec 14, 1888. Children were Maude E b. Oct 4, 1889/d. June 28, 1924 and Estella Mae b.Dec 3, 1892/d. Oct 14, 1978(my grandmother). She married James Blaine Marsee Dec 25, 1909.Their children were: Fannie, Florida, Hubert, Lavada, Willous,and Zelphia Otella (my mother). My parents were Zelphia Otella Marsee (b. 3-3-26 Claiborne Co, TN/d.5-26-2000 Milan, TN) m. Frank Dalton Jr (b. 3-6-23Bell Co, KY/d. 11-1-1990 Dayton, OH) 1947? Bell Co, KY.
I have information on the following names in
Claiborne County: Marsee, Leach, Hunter, Dalton, Sandefur, with connections
by marriage to Hamlin, Marsee, Evans. I will be glad to share my information
with others. Also, if anyone would be willing to help me to do any research
for my family members, I will be willing to help anyone wanting to search in
Paris (Henry Co.), TN.
