We were sorry to learn that WALTER E. WEBB, 88, of Celina, passed away December 15, 2003 at Innis Free Nursing Home in Rogers, Arkansas. Mr. Webb was born March 15, 1915 in Celina to William Daniel and Matilda Jane HILL WEBB. Interment was in the Donaldson Cemetery. He was the author of the book, Clay County, Tennessee Tombstone Inscriptions, and did most of the research for this book; i.e., he inventoried the many cemeteries listed in the book.This page created 1/11/04 by Charles A.
