Sarah Ilene Buttrey Photograph

I recently came into possession of some old photographs which belonged to my deceased mother and later my deceased brother. My ancestors once lived there in Dickson County, the earliest being Jesse Beck, Jr. In these photos was a picture of a little girl about 3 or 4 years old made in the Dickson Studio. On the back of the picture is written "Sarah Ilene Buttrey". My GG Aunt, Nancy Jane Beck, was married to William Duvall Buttry which may explain why this picture came to be in possession of my ancestors.

This photo was taken Abt. 1922 of Sarah Ilene Buttrey, b. July 18, 1918 in Dickson County. The daughter of Lloyd Ezra Buttrey & Vara Richardson of Burns, Tennessee. Sarah Buttrey later married Marshall Stephens Stuart.
