In 1834, Ann Clark Anderson applied for continuance of John's pension. The will of John Anderson was proven in June 1836. Ann Clark Anderson was placed on the West Tennessee Pension Roll under the Act of 1838 and the Act of 1843 (W884).

John Hannah's sister, Susannah, married first William Kellam and married
second, Allen Thompson, also a descendant of Neil Thompson.
