GREER - WORK CEMETERY

Directions to cemetery:  From downtown Dickson, take Hwy 48 South.  Go appr. 5 miles.  When you reach the Piney River bridge, you will need to take the next left.  That is Piney Road.  2.1 Miles down Piney Road is a wooded area located on the right side of the road.  The cemetery is located in that area.  It is very neglected and very difficult to see.  If you reach Oak Grove Road, you have gone too far.
 
NOTE:  (Do NOT turn on E. Piney Road or W. Piney Road.)

*Work, J. F. 18 Nov 1802 3 Oct 1858 These two names are on the same stone.  There is also a grave on each side of this stone. 
*Work, N. E. 21 Jun 1818 8 Jul 1882  

These graves are located behind the gated area, as are a couple more graves.  Also, there appear to be 4-6 graves in front of the gated area.  None of these seems to be inscribed.
