Aaron Brown (1757-1830) enlisted as a private and was one of the sufferers in the encampment at Valley Forge during the severe winter of 1777-78. He was born in Brunswick County, Va.; died in Giles County, Tenn. Also No. 62247.

Lionberger, M. D. Descendant of Rev. Aaron Brown. Daughter of Claiborne Holmes Kinnard and Rebecca Jane Campbell, his wife. Granddaughter of John Campbell and Rebecca Brown McEwen, his wife. Gr-granddaughter of Christopher McEwen and Rebecca Brown, his wife. Gr-gr-granddaughter of Aaron Brown and Elizabeth Melton, his 2nd wife. Aaron Brown (1757-1840) enlisted as a soldier in the Revolutionary War, and was at the battle of Trenton and participated in that memorable march through the Jerseys. He was also one of the sufferers in the encampment at Valley Forge during the severe winter of 1777-78. He was born in Brunswick County, Va.; died in Giles County, Tenn.
