very sick and weak of body but perfect sense..To my
wife Sarah Mays, my home plantation & my whole estate, during life or
widowhood, & at her death or marriage, to be divided as follows: To my son
Drury Mays, the son of Sarah-my platation, including
225 acres at the lower end of tract. To son Beverly Mays, the son of Sarah
Mays-the remainder of my home tract. I wish my whole Estate to be kept together
until my youngest child, Johannah, the daughter of
Sarah, arrives at age 21, to have a maintenance out of the whole estate. To my
son William Mays-a ewe lamb whith what I (he) has
before received from me.
I wish that my tract of
land called NJyeds be equally divided to make 2
