Location

Elma Ross Public Library was built in 1992 with a donation by Dick Ross and matching public funds in honor of his wife. The Library is located in the heart of Brownsville just 5 miles from I-40, Exit 56 - about 56 miles north east of Memphis and 30 miles west of Jackson. The road, Highway 76 and/or Anderson Avenue, from the interstate dead-ends at the beautiful new library. For easy access: turn right, go past the Woodmen Of the World (WOW), turn left, circle around and enter the public parking area in front of the library.
