| Conner Family Cemetery |
This cemetery is located east of Ripley just off Old Brownsville Rd. in the field behind David & Barbara Holcomb's house. The property belongs to Rufus Smith. Only 4 stones remain and they are broken. There are 3 small old stones and one large new one. David Holcomb stated there was a stone for Brig. General William Conner but it is no longer there. | Emily wife of Geo. Wm. Conner dau of Jno. Smith, Orange Co. Va. died June 18, 1860 aged 18? (not sure about the 8) |
