This cemetery is located in front of the Salem Church of Christ. The land was donated by the Loveless family. Mr. Comer Loveless pointed out where he wished to be buried and his family honored his request, forming the Salem Cemetery. The land in part of the A.J. Sisco-L.C. Loveless farm located on Swan Creek. Allie, the wife of Comer Loveless and the mother of L.C. Loveless, was a daughter of A.J. and Martha Sisco.
