my grandfather was elijah
b. ANDERSON. he was born in macon county, tn.-nov. 15, 1865. his father's name
was daniel ANDERSON. i'm looking for his mother. he died in nashville, tn. in
1950. i have his death certificate and it lists his mother unknown. any info

Hello, My name is James
Ellis. I am attempting to find information about my great-great-great
grandfather, who was named James William Ellis. He died in 1873 and was buried
on the family farm near Lafayette, Tennessee. He apparently committed suicide.
He and his wife had at least two children, "Jonce," who moved to Texas
c. 1890 and Belle Dyer, who also moved to Texas but returned to Tennessee. If
you have any information concerning my ancestor it would be greatly appreciated.

I need info. for Francis M.
Stephens.He is listed on 1900-1910 census of Macon Co. He is also listed on the
1880 census of Macon Co.but the nickname Bud was used. My grandfather ,James
Franklin Stevens was one of two sons from his first marriage, wife's name Alice?
He later married Mary? They had at least five other children. I have their names
but no other info. Would like to know where they went after 1910. Ialso would
like to know if anyone out there knows anything about Lorene Stevens married
Merlin Polston, children. They were put in an orphanage when parents died. I
beleive their names wer Mildred and Mary Alice. Any info appreciated. Shirley
