Obituary: Mrs. Burl Driver Dies at White Oak Home
Funeral services for Mrs. Victoria Doss Driver, 65, wife of Burl Driver, were
held Wednesday at the White Oak Church of Christ with burial in the Underwood
Cemetery.
A native of Macon County, Mrs. Driver was a daughter of
William T. and Polly Blankenship. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
In addition to her husband, survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Oneda Jent,
Indianapolis; 6 sons, Blon and Merlin Driver, both of Lafayette; Carl Driver,
Akersville; Eatol Driver, Russellville, KY; Glenn Driver, Indianapolis; and
Billy Driver, Nashville; 2 brothers, Wilson and William Doss, both of Lafayette;
a sister, Mrs. Lizzie King, Lafayette; 9 grandchildren and 2 great
grandchildren.
