This picture was located amongst those belonging to the late Mr. Jacob Shelton Jenkins and his wife the former Mary Addieville Wood Chism. Jacob Shelton Jenkins was born 11 May 1873 in Jackson County the son of John Samuel Jenklins and Eliza Jane Richardson. Mary Addieville was born 22 Jul 1888 in Clay County, TN the daughter of William Jasper Wood and Mary Grindstaff. Jacob and Mary raised their family in the Bakerton Community, largely located in Western Clay County in an area considered by locals as part of Red Boiling Springs.
