Eileen Marshburn was born to James Thomas CHEEK and Nancy LouiseFARMER in about 1918. This family was listed on the 1920 census.Nancy's sister, Dollie was living with them. Nancy took Eileen awayto Missouri shortly after this. Eileen was told that her father wasdead. She found out many years later that this wasn't so. In the early 1830's Arena NICHOLS had 5000 acres surveyed onCumberland Mt. Adjoining this land a woman named Hendrix also had5000 acres surveyed.Arena was listed as a woman living with her seven year old daughterin the 1840 census and had moved to DeKalb Co., AL by 1850. I havebeen unable to locate a deed either transferring the land to her or adeed where she sold the land. Since this is a very large tract ofland I am very curious as to how she obtained it.Believe Arena to be the sister of Uriah and John NICHOLS because theyall three moved to Franlkin Co., AR by 1860.Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

I would like help in finding maps, pictures or history's of my 2ndGreat grandfather SOLOMON BOLTON'S places of residences known, and starting with the year of 1830.
