Tulogahler College Taken about 1884. The college was located in the Fork Creek Community of Monroe County, about a half mile from Fowler’s Mill. The girl in the back in a white dress with a black ribbon around her neck is Eliza Vincent, the daughter of George Washington Vincent and Emily Catherine Cook. Submitted by: Anonymous
