ADAMS--Lillian Crouch Fort, 60, died Saturday at a Springfield nursing home.

Services were at. 10 a.m. today at the Adams United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Charlton Thackston and the Rev. Wendell Meggs officiating.

Burial was at Greenwood Cemetery in Clarksville.

She was a native of Clarksville, daughter of the late George and Lillian Crouch Fort.

She was a member of the United Methodist Church.

Survivors are a sister, Mrs. Margaret Fort Meggs. of Adams: two brothers, George Fort Jr. and John D. Fort. both of Nashville.
