Erin-& Services Eddie Powers Howell, 85,& conducted at Nave’s Erin Chapel.& Burial will be in McMillan Cemetery.

Mrs. Howell, a resident of Route 2, Erin, was born in Stewart County Aug. 27, 1894, daughter of the late Arch Powers and Penny Powers.& Her husband, Olvie Howell, died June 4, 1966.& She was a member of Arlington Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

Suvivors:& a son, Ivie Hilton Howell, Edwardsville Ill; one daughter, Irene Smith, Erin; one brother, Dalton Powers, Cumberland City; two sisters, Irene Clemmons, Cumberland City, and Thelma Clemmons, Granite City, Ill; 8 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
