Services at Milligan Funeral Home, burial in Cumberland City Cemetery.
Mrs. Baskins was born in Montgomery County March 24, 1919, daughter of
the late Sam H. and Calley Powers Vaughn. She was a member of the
United Methodiest Church and the Order of Eastern Star.
Suvivors: Husband, Allen Baskins, who she married in 1948; 3 sons
Oliver Plunkett, Waterbury, VT.; Roy S. Plunket, Bel Air Md.; Michael
G. Baskins, Cumberland City; two step-sons, Jimmy Baskins, North
Andover, Mass., and Jerry Baskins, Lewiston, Idaho; 2 daughters, Mrs.
Joann Maxwell, Orovino, Idaho; Mrs. Nora Hurbesh, Bel Air, Md.; 1
brother, Houston Vaughn, Cumberland City; 2 sisters, Mrs. Juber Harris,
Cumberland City; Mrs. Ezra Walker, Detroit, Mi.;
4 grandchildren.
Pallbearers: Buford Thaxton, Bobby Vaughn, Bailey Lisenbee,
Malcolm Sexton, Ray Vaughn, and Elmer Sexton.
