Obituary of
Harold Allen
January 24, 1985

 Harold Allen, 78, Route ?, Cumberland Furnace, died at this home Thursday.

The funeral will be at l p.m. today at McReynolds-Nave Funeral Home with the Rev. Charles Fox officiating. Burial will be in Allen Cemetery, Palmyra. Visitation will be until the hour of the service.

Allen was born in Montgomery County on Jan. 14, 1907, the son of Burrell and Mary Sullivan Allen.

He was a carpenter and member of Shiloh Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include his wife, Helen Raines Allen, Cumberland Furnace one son, James Allen Cumberland Furnace; one daughter, Rose Mary Mize, Clarksville; one sisters, Louise Clark, Prince Frederick, Md.: two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
