ERIN--James Badey Allen 50, was pronounced dead on arrival at Clarksville Memorial Hospital following a sudden illness He was an employee of Montgomery County Asphalt Company and resided at Route 2, Erin.Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday at Nave’s Erin Chapel by the Rev. Harold Reeves. Burial will be in Marion United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Mr. Allen was born In Houston County March 12, 1929 son of Irene Davidson Allen, Erin and the late Jay Allen.
Survivors in addition to his mother are his widow, Maybelle Bryant Allen: two sons, Bailey W. Allen and Billy R. Allen, both of Erin; three daughters, Brenda Dreaden, and Reba Street. both of Erin, and Patricia Madden. Hendersonville Tenn., seven brothers, Wendell Charles, Rayburn, Douglas, Billy G., Ronnie and Joe Allen, all of
Erin; two sisters. Peggy Claxton, Erin, and Kaye Wyatt, Tennessee Ridge:and seven grandchildren.
