Deed from CHARLES J. LOVE to LEVIN POWELL, JR.

Indenture made this 12th day of August 1803, between Charles J. Love of Loudon county, Virginia, and Levin Powell, Jr., of the same county, for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and forty-four pounds to him in hand paid, for a tract of land containing six hundred and forty acres, and lying on the south side of the Cumberland River.
