Deed from LEVIN POWELL to HADON WELLS

Indenture made this 25th day of October 1802, between Levin Powell and Hadon Wells, both of Montgomery county, for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred dollars to him in hand paid, for a tract of land on the east fork of Yellow Creek.
