Deed from GEORGE OLDHAM to RICHARD POWEL

Indenture made this 7th day of February 1804, between George Oldham of Williamson county, and Richard Powel of Montgomery county, for and in consideration of the sum of two hundred dollars to him in hand Paid, for a tract of land lying on the Red River, and containing forty-nine acres, being part of a tract granted to William Holderness.
