and Kennesaw Mountain. Chief of Artillery for Brig. Gen. Hylan B.
Lyon's cavalry. He captured the Union supply ship Mazeppa, then the
Union gunboat Undine. Namesake of Confederate Veterans Bivouac, Frank
P. Gracey SCV Camp 225 at Clarksville, TN
