DEED FROM SAMUEL THORNTON TO DAVID PEEPLES

Deed from Samuel Thornton to David Peeples
Indenture made this 15th day of November 1802, between Samuel Thornton of
Montgomery County, and David Peeples of the same county for and in consideration
of the sum of six hundred and ten dollars to him in hand paid, for a tract
of land containing three hundred and five acres, lying on Yellow Creek.
