3rd: I bequeath this all to them in fee, but desire the unused part thereof to revert to the James C. Harris heirs at their death. In explanation will say that in the event that one of them dies the surviving children shall inherit from the deceased one his or her share. At the death of them last one, I declare it to be my will that the property shall revert to the Harris (James C. Harris) heirs.

4th: By way of direction to my executor, I will say that I desire my cash to be loaned to the James C. This interest I desire my executor to spend as much of as necessary for the maintenance of my children and their mother as long as they shall live ( my children shall live)

5th: I hereby clothe my executor with power to spend part of the principal in addition to the interest if any emergency shall arise to make that necessary, such as sickness etc. or when my children get older, in their education.
