| River Baptising in Obion County, 1905 Messenger, Tues. 14 Mar 1972: Largest baptism conducted by the Aldridge Baptist Church at Obion River at Lane's Ferry in 1905. Entire congregation was standing and seated on the river banks. The 3rd person, back row, from L to R (being baptized) is Joseph "Joe" William Caughron.
