Civilwardocs.com has had tremendous success helping fellow genealogists find their ancestors records. Due to the success, we have launched another website that will allow researchers to get records for their ancestors that fought in the Rev. War, War of 1812, Mexican-American War, Spanish-Smerican War, and most Indian Wars. These wars have been condensed into one site that will allow people to order multiple records with just one login. As most folks know, these records are available from the National Archives. The problem has been, in the past when a person would order from the Archives, the request could take up to 6 months to hear something back. Also, if the researcher there could not locate a file, NOT only would you lose your money, you would not get an opportunity to give them alternate information to check again without it taking another 3-6 months.

We have eliminated this problem. We are able to search for records and get back to an individual within about 2 weeks. If records are not found, we have a refund policy as well. The best part is, we are either the same price or cheaper than the archives. So, it is a win-win for the common researcher.

Another thing we have started is a Research Package. For Example, say a customer wants us to just "VIEW" a file to determine if it is their ancestor prior to paying for the full file. We will do this for a mere $7.95 research fee. This has been of tremendous value to our customers. Also, if the file is the right ancestor, the $7.95 is applied to cost of the file, so the individual does not lose any money.
