Tennessee Queries

There are four different query systems used here on the TNGenWeb Project.

1. TNGenWeb Project WebBBS (Web Bulletin Board aka WebBBS Message Boards). Started in late 2000, these boards now cover all Tennessee Counties and Special Projects, however not all County Coordinators use these boards.

2. TNGenWeb Project original query system developed in 1997. The counties listed directly below still use that system and your query will be personally processed by the County Coordinator. Some County Coordinators choose to update their queries on a weekly basis. Please be patient.

Cannon, Carter, Chester, Coffee, Henderson, Lawrence,
Stewart, Trousdale, Van Buren, Wayne, and White.

3. RootsWeb.com/Ancestry.com. These two companies are owned by MyFamily.com. The RootsWeb and Ancestry message boards share the same database so a post to one will appear on both.
