I am trying to find any information on my great great grandmother. The only name I have is Louisa Jane NEWMAN. She was reportedly afull-blood Tsali (Cherokee), from the Tennessee area. She married mygg grandfather, Younger WARDRIP. She was given up for adoptionsometime in the 1850 era and was adopted by a white man with the lastname of NEWMAN.
