PARRISH FAMILY CEMETERY

This cemetery is located off Old Highway 20 between Friendship and Dyersburg on a fence row behind the Putnam farm. It has been neglected for years and due to it's location, dirt has been washing over it, burying the headstones which have fallen. There are likely others buried there. This cemetery was read and partially cleaned in 1989 by myself and parents, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Ray Burress. Many thanks for Mrs. Janie Putnam for advising us of it's location and guiding us to it. By Darlene B. Wiggins, 107 Mason Street, Jackson, TN 38301
