State of Tennessee, Second District
By Virtue of Entry No. 11011, dated the 5th of September 1818,
founded on a certificate No 2460 for 320 acres issued to the heirs
of David Carson by the Register ofice Tennessee on the 18th Septr.
1816. I have surveyed for Wm Boone assee of the said heirs, 30
acres of land in Lincoln county on the middle fork of Mulberry
creek of Elk River. Beginning at a small sugar tree and large
popular lettered W in the presence of Benjamin Franklin in the
South boundary line of a Wm Davies tract on which he now lives,
running south 68 poles to a Sugar tree, and two beeches, thence
east to George Tipps north West corner, continued east with his
north boundary line in all 70 5/10 poles to a black oak, thence
north 68 poles, to two beeches, thence to the beginning Surveyed
1st Octbr 1818
