The Condition of this Obligation is such, That, whereasnthe abovebound William Jolly, address Roane County, Has obtained license from the Clerk of the County Court of Roane County, Tennessee to Marry Nancy Deatherage address Roane County

Now, if there is no lawful cause to obstruct the marriage for which license is obtained , this obligation shall be void; otherwise to remain in full force and virtue.
