Charles Edward Jolly

Charles Edward Jolly, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Jolly of Rockwood , Tennessee, born September 16,1910, died May 23, 1921, at the age of 10 years, 8 months and 9 days.

The little fellow was sick but a few days, suffered much, but never complained. He seemed to realize that death was near and he smiled when he thought of heaven.

Charles was a very likeable and loveable boy. All who knew him wanted to be his friend and companion. He was a member of Allen Montgomery's Sunday School class and has recently joined The Christian Church.

Funeral services were held Tuesday morning at 11 o'clock at the Christian Church.Burial services were held in the Oddfellows Cemetery, Dr. Leland Cook officiating, assisted by the Rev. Bowers.
