Looking for information on LAWRENCE V. DAUGHERTY
born 10/24 in Bear Creek, son of WILLIAM J. DAUGHERTY
and MARY JANE WEST. Brothers were DAVID
CULTURE, EVERETTE, and BLAINE
DAUGHERTY. Sisters were ELLA MAE DAUGHERTY (YORK),
GLADYS DAUGHERTY (UNKNOWN,
WATTERS, MCENDREE), and IRENE DAUGHERTY (SMITH).
My great-grandfather WILLIAM DAUGHERTY apparently
outlived three wives, the second and third of whom may have been younger than
his youngest child of the first marriage. My line is from his union with the
first wife. Also please let me know if you have any information about ETHER
E. COOK and wife ANNAS CHILDRESS. He worked
at the Gennett Lumber Company Mill in east Scott County when my mother ELDENE
COOK was born 8/9/26. Other children of this marriage were AILEN
COOK WHALEN SAUNDERS, and IRENE COOK MOORE.
