My grand mother's name was MAGGIE ELIZABETH FOSTER (born 11/8/1896 died 1927). She married ERNEST CLARENCE LEWIS (born 2/15/1890 died 3/16/1971). They were married 1913 in Helenwood, Tennessee. I don't have their marriage certificate. I would love to have it. MAGGIE ELIZABETH FOSTER's father was CLARENCE PATRICK FOSTER (born 7/27/1866 died 3/5/1939) his father was ERVIN FOSTER. I don't have CLARENCE PATRICK FOSTER's marriage records. Since I don't have his marriage records, I don't know what his wife's name is for sure. I think her name might be MAGGIE LEE, but I really don't know for sure. Any information you might have on either marriage would be greatly appreciated.

ROSS I am searching for relatives of my grandfather FRANCIS ROSS.  He married ELLEN STEPHENS on Aug 4, 1920.  He was a WWI veteran and died from injuries or illnesses sustained in that war.  He died in a hospital in Somerset, Ky and was buried in or near Oneida Tn somewhere between 1922--1924. I believe him to have a brother GEORGE as well as other relatives.

MARCUM, JOSEPH.  Born in 1869.  Searching for any information surrounding his family history.  His wife's name was MARGIE.  They had numerous children. I am a direct descendant of his, and have only been able to go as far back as him. Thank You.

I am interested in finding information on the East Tennessee National Guard unit which involved many Scott Countians in the Civil War. My ancester, JAMES TRAMMELL, and several of his extended family served in the unit. Many Scott County graves have reference thereto.
