COOMBS, COOMBES

Helene Emma COOMBS or COOMBES was born in Bluff City on 24 August 1889. She may have been baptised in a local Baptist church. In 1912 she moved to Kamloops, British Columbia, Canada, where she met and married my grandfather: Norman Edgar ROY. I would like to identify her parents and siblings in order to establish a family tree. If I am able to trace the descendants of her siblings (apparently at least two sisters) I may also be able to ascertain why she left Bluff City for the Canadian frontier. Can you ascertain the identity of her parents and siblings? Thanks.

LOUTHIAN, FIELDS, DALTON

I am looking for information on my grandmothers' family. She was Sarah "Sally" Elizabeth FIELDS, who married William Oscar DALTON in Sullivan Co. (Bristol, Tn.) in the mid 1920's. Her mother, Lummie Louthian died in childbirth around 1907-8 with her second daughter. (Who also died). She supposedly also had a son, Clint(?) Louthian. Her father was John FIELDS who was born in Russel Co., Va. and went to W.Va. after Lummie died. Family rumor has it that Sarah was then raised by relatives of her mother. Any information would be appreciated!
