Sour Cream Cookies
1 egg, well beaten
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cup flour, sifted with 2./3 tsp. baking soda
salt
Mix ingredients well and lastly add 1/2 cup oatmeal. Drop by tsp. on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 375 until light brown.
