Coconut Cookies
1/2 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk, about
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
vanilla
pinch salt
1 cup coconut
1 cup chopped nuts
Cream shortening and sugar. Add eggs . Mix well, add milk, flour alternately. Drop on greased cookie sheets, bake at 350 degrees.
