Chinese Delight1# can of salmon 1 8 oz. can small peas 3/4 cup rice, uncooked then boil 1/4 cup butter Put rice on to boil. Drain salmon. Put salmon on bottom of baking dish. Add a row of sliced tomatoes. Blanch rice and take half of liquid from peas and pour over rice. Dot peas with butter, salt and pepper. Bake 45 minutes.
