Strawberry Pie
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 cup sugar
pinch salt
1 cup water
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Mix dry ingredients together. Add water. Cook until clear. Put in butter, lemon juice and cool. Pour over berries in as baked pie crust. Put whipped cream on top.
