Eaglebrand Lemon Pie

1 can Eaglebrand milk (1 1/3 cup)

1/2 cup lemon juice

grated rind of lemon

2 eggs, separated

2 tbsp. sugar

Blend ingredients plus egg yolks. Beat with added sugar. Cover pie with meringue. Bake at 350 degrees.
