Youngberry Jam
4 cups juice, strained through sieve
4 cups sugar
Add cup sugar when juice boils and add 1 cup every 5 minutes until 4 cups of sugar are added in all. Let juice boil well 5 minutes after adding last cup of sugar. Seal immediately.
