Spanish Rice
1 cup unwashed
brown rice
4 tbsp. oil
1 can peeled green chiles
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
tomato puree
Brown rice in oil. Add tomato, onion, and garlic. Add small amounts of water frequently.
