Mashed Taters

     Peel and cut into even sized chunks some russett potatoes.  Boil in salted water partly covered til they're all soft.  Drain them good, then put them in a big glass bowl.  Add one cube of butter, some salt, and a little milk. 
     Smash them with your mixer for a while, then turn on the mixer and whip them a while.  If  they're too dry, add a little milk off and on til they're just right.
