Located at the end of a private drive off Douglas Shed Road in the Gray community, Washington County. The cemetery is fenced, but has grown up to the point of being unable to photograph the stones at all. There were only 3 accessible stones. Briars surrounded the rest of the headstones.

Miss Eliza Scott died last Friday night at the home of her aunt, Mrs. W.B. Fine, on Cherokee. She was the oldest child of A.L. Scott of this district. Funeral Services were conducted at the home Saturday evening by Rev. W.J. Shelburn, assisted by Rev. G.W. Matney. She was laid to rest in the family burying ground. Elizabeth Scott was born November 30, 1858; died July 1, 1904. She was a victim of consumption.

From Johnson City north on State Hwy. 36, turn right onto Carroll Creek Rd. At the mailbox on the left with 448 Carroll Creek Rd., turn right, up a gravel road. Before the last house, about 3/10th of a mile, park your vehicle on the right. Walk 2/10th of a mile up a hill through a field. This area is on the backside of Winged Deer Park. There is an old road bed that runs along this field in the wooded area. The Boones Creek Historical Association has installed and iron fence around the cemetery.

Jessee Duncan. First white man that died in Tenn. Killed by the Indians about 1765.
