The 1870 White Co. census shows: Dist. 5 P.O. Shady Grove Page 2 #13 BOID, Marion, 29, Farmer TN.
L???inda P.,28 Keeping house, can't read, can't write, TN
KERR, Cicero F., 9 TN
KERR, Alexander, 7,TN
BOID, Lidda, 3/12, b. in March

(house 15/15 was MOORE, Hugh L. C., 38, b. TN, Farmer, 8000/800 and family)

This BOID is William Marion BOYD. We believe his wife to have been Loucinda P. MOORE. The KERR children listed are not known to us. Lidda BOID is our great aunt Lydia Lou BOYD, born January 25, 1870.

William Marion Boyd and Loucinda P. had three other children, Robert Tillman A. BOYD, b. 1870, Carrick C. (Lawson Carl) BOYD: and Indiman B. BOYD, b. 1874. Loucinda P. Moore BOYD died in TN and William Marion BOYD is found on the 1880 Montague Co. TX census. Papers show that a C. S. Moore was guardian for the property left behind. I would like to know something of the parents of Loucinda P. Moore BOYD and where she is buried. William Marion BOYD was the son of Hugh M. BOYD and Matilda, also residents of White Co.

FRAZIER, Eliza Jane b. 1881 White Co, TN. m. abt. 1910 William L. NORRIS b. 1870 Cumberland Co,TN. William is the son of Patrick "Henry" and Elizabeth (FLYNN) NORRIS of Cumberland County. William married first Violet "Hester" BLAYLOCK b.1874 d.1909. Oral family history says that Eliza Jane was a cousin of Hesters and that Eliza Jane tended to Hester while she was ill. After Hesters death Eliza Jane and William married and a few years later moved to Idaho. Also that Eliza Jane had previously been married to a ROBERTS or ROBERTSON and had one son by him who was raised by Mr. ROBERTS OR ROBERTSON who may have been LDS. I would appreciate any and all information on these families. I have no ancestral line for Eliza Jane but my grandfather told me she was from Sparta. William and Eliza Jane are buried in the Jerome Cemetery in Jerome, Idaho as are many of their children and grandchildren.

I am searching for information that would lead me to the burial spots of James Harvey LEWIS, Sr, b. abt 1808 and d.1871 and his wife Esther Hood, b.1811, d.1890. James is the son of Benjamin LEWIS and the grandson of William LEWIS, Sr., major. There is a small LEWIS cem. on the Granville Rogers farm in Hickory Valley, which is the area that Benjamin settled abt 1800, and there are some unmarked graves in this small cem. There are also two gravesites that are located outside of the fenced in cem. and fu rther down in the pasture that are unmarked. Is there anyone that knows who is buried in these two sites or some of the unmarked sites in the cem.? If you have any thoughts on these or know of anyone that does, I would appreciate very much to get to talk with them.
