DYER

John DYER and his descendants. I am looking for information on John and Sally DYER. John's will was inventoried in July term 1831. Inventory was returned by Samuel BROWN. He was acquainted with Daniel WILHITE, George SIKES(I think), Zachariah SULLINS and Edward BULLOCK. I am not sure of the spelling of George and Zachariah last names. Any info on John and Sally would be appreciated. Sally's maiden name and their children's names would be wonderful. Are they related to John G and Polly YOUNGBLOOD DYER? Thank you

CARTER

I am looking for the ancestors of my grandfather Roe CARTER. I have been told his father's name was James or Jim and his mother's name was Willie. That is all that I really know other than he was born in 1911 or 1912. I have seen mention of a CARTER cemetery in the county and was wondering how I can get a listing of who is buried in it. I am just starting on this line and don't have much to go on. I have not started with the census yet, but hope to do that soon to see if I can shake anything loose. Any CARTER help would be appreciated!!!!
